SHIPPING & RETURNS
PROCESSING TIME
We try our best to ship out as soon as possible after payment is received, generally within 3 days.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
For international shipments, there may be a delay due to customs that is entirely out of our control.
PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED?
Sometimes things don't arrive as they should. If your order tracking shows that your package has been mailed or delivered but you have not received it, please go check your local post office!
Quinn & Bloom cannot bear responsibility for lost, stolen or tampered-with packages.
If anything is returned to us for whatever reason, we will contact you. You will be responsible for shipping expense to have the item re-sent.
RETURNS
Due to the handmade nature of our items, Quinn & Bloom do not currently accept returns or exchanges.
